Eugene J. Ristaino
GENE RISTAINO, CPA, ABV, MT Gene Ristaino joined Isdaner & Company, LLC as a member in 1997. He is the Chairperson of the Accounting and Auditing Department. With more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, Gene specializes in audit and attestation, corporate taxation and litigation support. He manages a diversified practice serving the sectors of: construction and real estate, condominiums and homeowner associations, healthcare, manufacturing, government (single audit and HUD), transportation, travel, and not-for-profit organizations. Gene also has extensive experience in compliance auditing for both the public and private sector. Gene has authored and presented numerous professional education programs around the country and is a leading instructor for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and many state societies. His professional affiliations include: memberships in the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He is a professor of tax law in the Masters programs of Villanova and Philadelphia Universities. Gene is a member of the Peer Review Committee for the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a team captain for the Peer Review Program of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University in 1972 and his Master of Taxation from Villanova University in 1985.
