John Hozik, MBA
John Hozik is the Managing Partner and Practice Lead for Highspring’s Finance and Accounting Managed Services practice. He drives strategy and oversees the delivery of innovative solutions that transform clients’ business processes across onshore, nearshore, and offshore capabilities. With a deep understanding of financial services, John’s expertise spans operational accounting, technical accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. He is dedicated to helping executive management address complex challenges through tailored, high-impact solutions that optimize operations and enhance business performance. Before joining Highspring, John led audits for broker-dealers, private equity firms, and SEC registrants across multiple industries at KPMG, honing his skills in navigating intricate regulatory environments and delivering high-quality results. John holds an MBA in accounting from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School and is a licensed certified public accountant in Maryland. Outside of work, he is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and is actively involved in community volunteer initiatives.
