Doug Gilfillan is a partner at Kilpatrick Townsend in Atlanta, where he focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, cyber-crime and data breach responses, grand jury investigations, government regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, internal investigations, and complex civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Doug was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia for 11 years. In addition to serving as the Chief of the Cyber Crimes section and Deputy Chief of the Economic Crimes section, Doug handled a wide variety of white collar criminal cases and tried numerous such cases to jury verdict. Doug is a graduate of the Emory University School of Law.
