Andy's primary focuses are third party reimbursement, operations advisory, regulatory compliance, alternative reimbursement models, and post-acute health care reform for Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Providers, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Home Health Agencies and Hospice Providers. Andy is a recognized thought leader on post-acute healthcare regulation and a frequent contributing correspondent and presenter on various industry-specific topics related to post-acute healthcare. Andy is an active member in multiple professional organizations including the North Carolina Association of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and numerous state and national healthcare advocacy associations. Andy earned a Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
