Katharine Bray – Managing Director, Stifel Interest Rate Products, LLC Katharine joined Stifel as a Managing Director following the acquisition of Vining Sparks in 2021. She has 25 years of experience with financial services companies, including head of sales and trading for Vining Sparks Interest Rate Products, LLC. Over the last 20 years, Katharine has worked directly with community financial institutions on marketing and structuring derivative trades, developing hedging strategies and providing ASC 815 accounting support for derivative clients. Prior to working in capital markets, she spent nine years in financial planning and asset/liability management roles with a large regional bank. Katharine received her undergraduate degree from Averett University with a Bachelor of Science in finance and her MBA from Wake Forest University.
