Leslie Korenda is a research manager with the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions. She helps Deloitte’s health care, life sciences, and government practices with her research to inform health care system stakeholders about emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities. Leslie’s work at Deloitte has centered around understanding consumer attitudes and decision-making around health care/wellness and health equity. She leads research using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies including nationally representative survey design, focus groups, and data analysis. Prior to joining Deloitte, she worked at the NYC Department of Health as an epidemiologist on the Diabetes Prevention Program where she received the Distinguished Service Award from Mayor Bloomberg. She also worked at the National Center for Health Statistics focused on racial disparities in women’s health care. She has a B.S. in Chemistry from Virginia Tech and an MPH in Epidemiology from Yale University.
