Ida Bolt
Ida is a tax attorney who also specializes in legal and tax issues relating to cryptocurrency. She is a graduate of Georgia State University Law School. She handles cases involving IRS and state audits, administrative appeals, Tax Court litigation and tax relief. She has also been an enthusiast in the cryptocurrency space since 2012, possessing a passion for the crypto ecosystem and Web3 development. She has experience trading and transacting various digital assets on both centralized and decentralized platforms and a legal education focused on blockchain technology and analytics. Her personal and professional knowledge of crypto tax reporting compliance includes current and emerging Code and regulatory guidelines for taxation, financial reporting, and U.S. securities laws as well as the most up-to-date legal research on crypto-related topics.
