Donald P. Cook
Don Cook is the vice president of legislative affairs for The Georgia Society of CPAs, the premier professional organization for CPAs in the state of Georgia. His career includes ten years in association management with an additional eight years in government contracting and sales. In his role with the GSCPA, Don is responsible for the legislative and government affairs side of the business. Additionally, he focuses on talking to CPA firms and organizations about the issues facing the accounting profession while keeping an eye open for development of any new lines of business and opportunities that may arise. Don is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a minor in history from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
