Division VP Tiffany Davis
Tiffany Davis is the Division Vice President of Human Resources for National Account Services and Human Resource Outsourcing at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in Alpharetta, GA. ADP is a comprehensive global provider of cloud based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax, and business administration across all business sizes. ADP is also a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise. Tiffany leads the HR function for two businesses that are together comprised of ~10,000 associates and produce $8 billion in revenue. She is aligned to the Presidents of these two Business Units and responsible for identifying, developing, and supporting the implementation of strategies to address human capital needs which will in turn influence positive business results. Tiffany has been in the field of Human Resources for ~20 years with experience in multiple disciplines including talent and performance acceleration, organizational design, associate relations, business process improvement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, change leadership, and learning management. She has spent the last 11 years with ADP. She has spent the last 11 years with ADP and spent the previous 9 years working with MetLife Insurance Company. At MetLife, she held several roles in Human Resources spanning HR Generalist, Talent Management, Campus Recruitment, and Talent Management. Tiffany has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Insurance from Illinois State University. She also earned her Master of Science in Human Resources Management with a Concentration in Training and Development from Roosevelt University while working full-time at MetLife Insurance Company. Tiffany actively serves as mentor to professionals inside and outside of ADP. She is the Social Responsibility Co-Chair and a member of the Board for Women in Leadership (WIL) within ADP. WIL’s mission is to cultivate and promote leadership and career advancement opportunities for women executives. She is a member of ADP’s Cultivate Business Resource Group Steering Committee. The mission of Cultivate is to promote the professional development of African American Associates and their allies. The goal is to inspire, empower, and encourage members through career development, education, mentoring, and networking opportunities. The group encourages inclusion in the workplace by being agents of change. Outside of work, she is on the Board for Women’s Entrepreneurial Opportunity Project (WEOP), a non-profit organization based in Atlanta focused on the economic advancement of women. Tiffany is extremely passionate about motivating and encouraging others and has had the opportunity to speak at multiple events via Business Resource Groups and Non-Profit Organizations while also been featured in publications (HR Executive, The Economist, Washington Post Live, HRD) which has allowed her to share lessons and advice that she has gained over the course of both her personal and professional life. Tiffany grew up in Joliet, IL and currently lives in Marietta, GA with her husband Miles.
