It was also great fun to perform with John Tesh and receive such a warm welcome from the audience. The event was well organized and the excitement of Chairman Julie Walker Crews was completely contagious. NARAS is blessed to have her on their team." Natalie Grant, Contemporary Christian Artist "I've had the pleasure to attend several of Julie Crews' speaking engagements and training sessions in the past five years. She is one of those individuals with a talent to captivate an audience by applying her sense of humor, real life experiences and a wealth of knowledge even into the most difficult concepts." Eldaly Breban Project Manager Delta Airlines Missions Leader to Russia In my brief, yet engaging relationship with Ms. Crews, I have found her to be incredibly devoted, enthusiastic, and a focused individual. Julie chairs a committee for our chapter, and has truly gone above and beyond the call of duty for us. She is a true leader ~ bright, resourceful and determined." Michele Rhea Caplinger Executive Director The Recording Academy / GRAMMY Foundation Atlanta Chapter "Our corporate environment is team-oriented. However, we were still experiencing problems with building relationships across departmental lines. Julie's one day seminar on personality styles and team building brought us together in a fun environment to learn about others comfort zones and how our style relates to others. I cannot count the number of times since that seminar that I have heard our employees quoting what they learned. In dealing with HR related issues, we have found Julies' suggestions for dealing with people to be invaluable. She has conducted other seminars for us and we have every intention of expanding her participation with our company." Kathy Beach, Human Resource Manager, TeamBCA "Julie's energy, compassion and professionalism guided us through the painstaking process of realizing our strengths and developmental areas to more effectively deal with our colleagues. I believe that our team communicates on a better level because Julie helped us to understand each other. Her wit and superb speaking style would keep any audience captivated. Her material is clear, concise and leaves the attendee with practical everyday information one can use." Thomas H. Cauthen, CEO and President TeamBCA "Julie's seminar on 'How to Hire the Best of the Best,' was an invaluable tool to our staff responsible for hiring. In addition to practical and legal advise on reviewing resumes to conducting interviews, Julie showed us how we can use our personal relationship style to draw out the best in every candidate. Through role-playing and handout materials we were left with useful information to ensure that all of our career openings were filled with the best candidate." Marilyn Gitzinger, Director of Development TeamBCA Feedback for Julie Walker Crews CNN/Turner Broadcasting Domestic and International Sales Management Team Lori Newton, VP Paige McNeal, Director ? I thought the session was excellent because I was able to identify myself in a specific area on the chart described by Julie. It helped me understand why I react and do certain things the way I do. Being in a management position for a new initiative, I'd like to get more management training. I hope some of these sessions can take place in New York as well. Thanks for your time. ? I enjoyed the team game. I think it helps strengthen what's discussed. I liked the graph describing the differences among people. I learned something and that's great when you feel that you're really gaining valuable information. I felt excited about the training. Funny, NOT ONCE did I feel heavy eyelids. And that can't be said for many instructors or trainers. ? I liked everything that Julie did Tuesday. I was really impressed and I must admit, I was not looking forward to the training. I expected some dowdy woman that was dull ... SO NOT THE CASE! I'm looking forward to the training about leading, customer service, yet I am more focused on employee hiring, firing, motivating and coaching. I really enjoyed the sessions. ? First of all, Julie was a first rate trainer! She captivated the room. Her personal anecdotes were real and tangible. I definitely came away having learned more about the material AND MYSELF. She interspersed her activities and materials very well throughout her presentation. Defining Customer Service for our corporation, the quadrant used was explained extremely well and she played off her participants very well, she was articulate and most of all, she LISTENED TO US. ? As I mentioned to you last week, I felt the training was absolutely incredible! Julie was both motivational and inspirational. She really instilled in me how IMPORTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE is and how everyone needs to constantly work at making the customer content and staying a step above the competition. Honestly, I don't have one bad word to say about the training. IT WAS FANTASTIC! Robert Bowden Inc. Lana Sakacsi Training and Development 678-819-6185 lsakacsi@robertbowden.com Lana provided quotes from employee's that took Julie's training classes. Here is what they said..... "Julie was wonderful in her approach to getting everyone involved in conversations. She has the ability to remove people from their comfort zone to increase learning." A.J. Thank you. Superb! Of ALL the leadership training I have gone through, military and civilian, this course was the only one to help me better understand myself which is a must before you can understand others effectively. I truly believe you will see some results from this training and certainly look forward to continuation of this type training." Les "Julie is a dynamic instructor." Buddy "Julie did a very good job interacting with the group. She kept it entertaining as well as informative.
