Nicole R. Suk, CPA
Nicole has over 20 years of experience working primarily with multistate and multi-national corporate, partnership, and high-net-worth individual clients. Nicole leads the international tax practice for Windham Brannon, where she assists both domestically and internationally based companies with tax planning and compliance. Nicole’s experience with a large global manufacturing corporation brings depth to the firm’s experience with international taxation and the issues facing globally expanding companies. Her clients include large multi-state and multi-national companies in the distribution, technology and service industries. She has become a trusted firm resource for various federal tax matters such as the Section 199 Domestic Production Deduction, UNICAP, and Research & Development Credits, as well as for corporate provision and deferred tax analysis. Nicole spent most of her career at Tarpley & Underwood, a local accounting firm that merged with Windham Brannon in 2011. Before joining Tarpley & Underwood in 2000, Nicole had a broad range of accounting experience working with a Fortune 500 company where she helped manage the state and local tax group. Nicole has been on the Board of Directors and held the position of Treasurer for the Sandy Springs/Perimeter Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the AICPA, Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a graduate of the GSCPA Leadership Academy. Nicole graduated with honors from Georgia Institute of Technology, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
