Peter's client base is taxation oriented, representing individuals and small businesses throughout the United States and includes special compliance assistance projects for local CPA firms. Peter dually practices law and public accounting, including estate, business and tax planning; periodic compliance preparation; document drafting; and client representation before various state agencies, the Internal Revenue Service and United States Tax Court. His firm is a member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the AICPA Division for CPA Firms, and recently completed a second unqualified Peer Review.
