Hunter Ewing, CLU, ChFC

Hunter Ewing has devoted a long and respected career solving risk and liquidity challenges for high-net-worth individuals, business owners and family offices. He has extensive experience in estate and charitable planning along with key person and buy-sell agreement funding. Hunter began his career in the life insurance industry with Northwestern Mutual in 1994. He later became a partner with a specialty insurance firm in Atlanta. In 2013, he founded High Ground Company. Hunter is immediate past president of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council and former committee chair of Finseca in Washington, D.C. Hunter holds a B.A. in English from the University of the South and an M.B.A. with emphasis in finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. His certifications include the CLU and ChFC designations awarded by the American College. A native Atlantan, Hunter is married to Lisa and has three children, Hunter III, Peter and Annabelle. He loves to hunt with his English Cockers, fish, go camping, split wood and snow ski. The Ewing’s attend The Cathedral of Christ the King in Atlanta.
