Al DiNicola, AIF®, CEPA ™ has more than 40 years of experience in commercial & residential sales and development. Mr. DiNicola has extensive experience in real estate land acquisitions, development, investment and securitized real estate offerings. Director of Real Property Consulting Services at Naples Asset Management Company, LLC (NAMCOA). NAMCOA was founded by experienced financial advisors who understand the ever-changing dynamics of the retirement planning, portfolio management, insurance planning, real estate portfolios and the impact on investors and business owners. Current focus is on assisting accredited investors in Alternative Real Estate investments including IRC § 1031 tax deferred exchanges via Delaware Statutory Trust (DST), Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Opportunity zones and other non-correlated assets. Fully engaged in offering solutions for investors balancing the IRC § 1031 exchange requirements regarding equity and debt replacement. Well versed in the strict 45-day identification period and creating solutions when time is expiring, and efforts of real estate agents offer no solution. Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA™). The CEPA designation is for financial advisors and other professionals (e.g., attorneys, business brokers, Certified Public Accountants, etc.) who wish to support business owners with exit planning. At its core, exit planning allows business owners to maximize value and successfully transition their business on their own terms. Mr. DiNicola is also the co-editor of the DST News, a 1031 industry resource on private securitized real estate offerings designed as 1031 replacement solutions. Mr. DiNicola grew up in New Jersey and moved to Florida in 1980. Mr. DiNicola is a past President of the Naples Board of Realtors and considered an expert in residential sales and commercial investments. He has served as the Chairman for the Professional Standards committee for the Florida Realtors Association.
