Business Analyst at Newnan Utilities. Analyzes business issues that need to be solved, and identifies and implements solutions to deliver the intended business outcome. Responsibilities include supporting corporate goals and objectives by providing analytical leadership through operations planning, reporting, analysis, and actionable recommendations. Works with management and technical personnel to define specifications to meet operational business needs, develop and execute test matrices for system changes and enhancements, devise and participate in roll-out strategies and provide training both internally and externally.
