Thomas V. Snell, CPA Accounting Educator / Belvidere, Illinois and Penang, Malaysia Thomas (Tom) Snell has more then twenty years of professional experience as a financial accounting and auditing consultant. He is a professional educator with extensive local firm background. Tom has previously been named Outstanding Discussion Leader by both the Nevada and California Societies of CPAs.
