Richard Vail
Richard Vail is the principal of Vail Training Associates. He is a professional consultant, trainer and speaker who creates and presents full day and multiple day programs on both technical topics and soft skills training. He has presented over 1000 full day training programs in 46 states and has provided training in nine different countries on four continents. He attended Ohio State University and is a commercially rated fixed wing and rotary wing pilot with instructor certification in both. Richard served in the United States Army as a helicopter pilot and is a Vietnam Veteran.
