Philip George Skinner Area of Practice Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions, Development, Leasing and Financing, with a particular emphasis on office, industrial and retail leasing, ground leasing, sale/lease-backs, retail chain mergers and acquisitions, and related transactions. Mr. Skinner is the co-Chairman of the Leasing Practice Group and heads up the firm's office leasing practice. Over his career has gained extensive experience by representing owners, landlords and tenants in the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of all types of commercial real estate. His cumulative experience in the retail arena includes the acquisition, leasing and disposition of over 1,000 retail stores, including the representation of buyers and sellers in the merger or acquisition of companies having multiple retail locations throughout North America. His experience in the office leasing arena includes the completion of numerous leasing transactions in the 100,000+ rentable square foot range for landlords and tenants alike.
