Jennifer Lewin
Jennifer Lewin is a Counsel in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the Healthcare Practice. Jennifer’s practice focuses on the representation of healthcare companies in litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters. Jennifer has substantial experience in representing hospital systems and healthcare providers in managed care litigation and business disputes with health plans. In addition, Jennifer has defended healthcare entities in False Claims Act litigation and in complex litigation involving specialized healthcare issues. Jennifer also advises healthcare providers on a variety of compliance matters. Before joining King & Spalding, Jennifer practiced in Silicon Valley, where she gained significant experience litigating a variety of healthcare, environmental, and labor and employment matters. During law school, Jennifer worked as a legal intern at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office in the Department of Health and Human Services, and at the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the General Counsel. In addition, Jennifer externed for the Honorable Maxine M. Chesney in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. Jennifer received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, where she served as a Production Editor for the Hastings Law Journal and a Moot Court Board Member. Jennifer received her Bachelors of Arts degree in History, with Honors, from Yale University and her Masters of Science in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
