Robert W. Reardon is a partner in the Real Estate and Commercial Lending Practices. Mr. Reardon practices in the area of real estate development and finance, commercial lending and creditor's rights. Mr. Reardon has extensive experience in representing lenders and developers in construction and permanent financing involving multifamily, commercial and resort residential properties. Mr. Reardon also has experience representing Freddie Mac seller/servicers providing permanent financing for multifamily properties throughout the Southeast. Mr. Reardon regularly represents lenders in loan workouts and foreclosures.
