Gwenn D. Holland
Gwenn Dorb Holland specializes in family law, including both domestic relations and wills, trusts and estate disputes. Her many years of experience have focused on divorce, custody, support, modification, contempt and will, trust and fiduciary disputes. In addition to her substantial experience as a trial attorney, she has resolved hundreds of cases through mediation and arbitration. She is a fully trained arbitrator and late case evaluator. Ms. Holland is known throughout the legal profession for her expertise, hard work and dedication. She is a frequent, invited speaker and author of many publications in her areas of practice, including presentations for the Continuing Legal Education Institute of Georgia and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Ms. Holland has consistently achieved an AV rating from her peers, the highest rating awarded by Martindale-Hubbell, and is listed on the Registry of Preeminent Lawyers. She has also been recognized as a Georgia Legal Elite. Ms. Holland is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. A magna cum laude graduate of Boston University, she earned her law degree from Emory University. Ms. Holland is a Master in the Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Inn of Court, where she is also the Program Chair. She serves on the Board of the Atlanta Bar Association Probate Section and on the Editorial Board of its publication, The Mortmain. She has also served on the Board of the Atlanta Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education Board. Ms. Holland has been recognized as a Woman of Achievement by the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta. She served numerous terms on the Board of her synagogue and chaired the Budget and Finance Committee and Audit Committee as well.
