Jagruti R. Solanki, MBA, CPA, CGMA
Jagruti Solanki, former assurance partner at Atlanta accounting firm Aprio, was named CFO of cryptocurrency payment company BitPay, one of the largest providers of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency payment services. A nationally recognized subject matter expert on blockchain, she provides companies with insights, best practices, and pitfalls related to blockchain accounting, audit, tax, regulatory, valuation, and cyber risk considerations. Solanki has also built proprietary blockchain audit tools. As part of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Digital Asset Group, she has also helped to educate regulators and establish accounting, financial reporting, and auditing standards for digital assets. Solanki is treasurer and serves on the board of Senior Citizen North Fulton, a nonprofit that provides meals, transportation, and in-home assistance to seniors
