Diane Edelstein
Diane E. Edelstein, CPA Pittsburgh, PA Diane E. Edelstein has 25 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on Single Audits for government and not-for-profit clients. Diane was promoted to Partner at Maher Duessel in 2005, and currently serves as Director of Quality Control, in addition to serving as Director of the Peer Review Practice. Diane is a Single Audit specialist, and is the designated audit partner responsible for quality controls required by the firm's participation in the AICPA Governmental Audit Quality Center. Ms. Edelstein has served four years on the Executive Committee of the Governmental Audit Quality Center and now serves on the Steering Committee of the AICPA Not-for-Profit Industry Conference. A nationally-recognized expert on Single Audits, Diane is a frequently-requested speaker. A recent project of which Diane is particularly proud is the AICPA's Audit Committee Toolkit: Not-for-Profit Organizations, for which she served on the task force. Diane is a graduate of George Mason University (with Distinction).
