Cortland Carmona, MBA, CPCU, ARe
Cortland Carmona is a commercial risk consultant in Atlanta, GA. He specializes in providing property & casualty risk solutions for construction, real estate, and industrial clients. His strategic approach to client servicing ensures a well-rounded insurance program and an optimal customer service experience. Cortland has over 12 years of property & casualty experience including claims, underwriting, agent advocacy, and leadership. Before joining USI, Cortland was a Claims Leader and led teams in casualty, commercial, property, and litigation lines of business. His responsibilities included operational efficiency, quality assurance, and financial management. Cortland received his undergraduate degree in communications from Middle Tennessee State University, his MBA from the University of Georgia, and holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, and Associate in Reinsurance designations. Cortland is a contributing member of the UGA Insurance Society, Young Risk Professionals, and CPCU Society.
