Rodrigo has spent the past 12+ years of his career advising business owners and investors on selling companies and executing mergers and acquisitions. Rodrigo possess a strong understanding of complex business models and their evolving needs in the marketplace across a variety of industries. Rodrigo has experience in transaction advisory services, with a focus on sell-side M&A mandates, valuation and financial modeling for middle market companies.
