Matthew Green
Matthew is a principal at Heritage Capital, specializing in merger and acquisition advisory and strategic planning. He partners with business owners and leadership teams to navigate transactions, optimize growth strategies, and achieve long-term ?nancial and operational objectives. He brings deep expertise in the manufacturing, machinery, packaging, automation, and ?nancial services industries, where he has guided clients through complex transactions and delivered strategic insights to position their businesses for sustained success. Before joining Heritage, Matthew built a strong foundation in Corporate Development, Buy-side M&A, and strategic investing. He led transactions for Western & Southern Financial Group and Coesia Spa, gaining experience across founder-led businesses, private equity, and a variety of domestic and international deals of all sizes. Matthew earned his MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where he was a four-year student-athlete and Team Captain. He also holds the FINRA Series 79 license.
