Jennifer Williams, CPA
Jennifer Williams joined Warren Averett after serving with the Atlanta office of an international accounting firm for 18 years. She now serves as a Principal in Warren Averett’s Audit Division. Jennifer has a proven record of working with Boards of Directors, Audit Committees and client management to provide advice on accounting, financial reporting and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience in financial statement and Uniform Guidance audits for nonprofit organizations, including foundations, universities, private school systems, global humanitarian relief organizations and health and welfare organizations. In addition to her primary responsibilities, she is an integral member of the firm’s Accounting and Audit Committee, which is tasked with maintaining the high standards of Warren Averett’s Audit Practice. Jennifer also leads both internal and external training on a variety of nonprofit and Uniform Guidance topics.
