David Miraldi, J.D, LL.M
David Miraldi is an Assistant General Counsel with SunTrust Banks, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for legal and fiduciary matters for the Private Wealth Management line of business. He also provides advice to specialty groups within the Private Wealth Management Department including investment management, endowment and foundations, escrow, sports and entertainment, tax and institutional trust. He also provides advice to affiliates of SunTrust Bank including GenSpring Family Offices. David received his LL.M. in Taxation form Southern Methodist University. He received his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma. David has worked for SunTrust Banks, Inc. for twenty years. Prior to joining SunTrust, he worked as a lawyer and Trust Counsel for a large bank in Dallas, Texas.
