The "gradual, then sudden" era of AI discovery has evolved into the era of integration. For nonprofit finance leaders, the goal is no longer just "talking" to a bot; it's about retooling our standard operating procedures. In this session, we move past the novelty of ChatGPT to explore the layers of the AI ecosystem: the data infrastructure, the models, and, most importantly, the application layer where the actual work gets done. We will discuss how to shift from individual AI experiments to a roadmap toward institutional methodologies that enhance controls and streamline reporting.
