DOR: On Corporate &Partnership Return Processing

The Georgia Department of Revenue began receiving returns on February 12, 2021.

If you have not received an acknowledgement:

For Corporate or Partnership please allow until Tuesday February 22 to receive your acknowledgement.

For Individual Income Tax please allow until Saturday February 20.

There is no action on your part that you need to take, unless you do not receive your acknowledgement by the date above.  If you do need to call, please have your transmission id provided by your software provider.

 

Approved Software Vendors:

If your software provider has not been approved for Georgia filing at this time, the Department is working with each vendor to resolve all remaining matters as soon as possible.
