The Georgia IRC update bill (also known as the Conformity Bill) has completed it’s progression to the Governor's desk and has been signed into law! House Bill 265 does conform through January 1, 2021, and does include language that conforms to the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021. The Georgia IRC update bill (also known as the Conformity Bill) has completed it’s progression through the Georgia General Assembly. House Bill 265 just passed through the Senate and is headed to the Governor's desk for his consideration next. House Bill 265 does conform through January 1, 2021, and does include language that conforms to the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021. The Georgia IRC update bill (also known as the Conformity Bill) continues it’s progression through the Georgia General Assembly. House Bill 265 has just passed through the Senate Rules Committee. Next, it will be heard on the Senate floor for a vote. House Bill 265 does conform through January 1, 2021, and does include language that conforms to the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021. The Georgia IRC update bill (also known as the Conformity Bill) continues it’s progression through the Georgia General Assembly. House Bill 265 has just passed through the Senate Finance Committee. Next, it will progress through the Senate Rules Committee to be scheduled for a floor vote. House Bill 265 does conform through January 1, 2021, and does include language that conforms to the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021. The Georgia IRC update bill (also known as the Conformity Bill) has begun it’s progression through the State House. House Bill 265 has been filed and passed the House Ways and Means Income Tax Subcommittee and full Committee as of this morning. We have asked for expediency and are hoping it will be heard shortly in the Rules Committee for scheduling for a vote on the House floor.
