Earl Thomas
R. Earl Thomas, Ed.D. Middle Tennessee State University/Murfreesboro, Tennessee Dr. Thomas is a Professor of Management at Middle Tennessee State University. Prior to his current appointment he served as Vice-President for Executive Affairs at the same university. He has held several leadership positions during the past 20 years, with the majority of that time spent at the senior management level. Dr. Thomas received his doctorate from Vanderbilt University and then completed post-doctoral work at the Harvard University Institute for Educational Management. In addition to his consulting work, he has a variety of publications and presentations to his credit.
