Aaron Danzig
Aaron Danzig is a partner in Arnall Golden Gregory's Litigation Group. His practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, corporate compliance and governance matters, and business and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Danzig is an experienced trial lawyer, having tried numerous civil and criminal cases before juries in state and federal courts. For five years, Mr. Danzig was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia. As a federal prosecutor, Mr. Danzig handled criminal cases and conducted investigations across a wide range of matters including mail and wire fraud, securities fraud, mortgage fraud, bank fraud, money laundering, antitrust violations, and computer-related crimes including computer intrusion/hacking, spamming, spoofing, and identity fraud. Mr. Danzig investigated and prosecuted matters with complex international aspects and traveled to various countries to work with foreign law enforcement entities. Prior to his government service, Mr. Danzig was a business and intellectual property litigator at Arnall Golden Gregory. He has experience in defending companies against class action lawsuits; litigating trademark, copyright, and patent cases on behalf of corporate defendants and plaintiffs; and providing strategic advice and advocacy for public and private companies facing simultaneous civil lawsuits and government regulatory investigations. In a prior career, Mr. Danzig was a public school history and English teacher in Louisiana, where he also coached a state champion high school wrestling team.
