Ronald L. Raitz
Ron Raitz is president and owner of Real Estate Exchange Services, Inc. (REES), of Marietta, GA. He has assisted clients in structuring more than 1,000 tax-deferred exchanges and is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia with more than 20 years experience. Ron teaches courses on tax-deferred exchanging, accredited by the Georgia and North Carolina Real Estate Commissions, Georgia Society of CPAs, and the Georgia Bar Association. He has published numerous articles on exchanging in the Georgia Society of CPA's "Current Accounts," as well as the "Journal of Accountancy," "Journal of Applied Real Property Analysis," the "CCIM Journal," and others. Ron is a member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, the Association of Georgia Real Estate Exchangers, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and holds a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Ron's wife and business partner, Bridgette, is a CPA. They have two children and live in Roswell, GA.
