Brandon Campbell
Brandon Campbell Jr is a Managing Director in PwC's Deals practice and regularly addresses various complex accounting matters with clients including revenue recognition and leasing. Brandon's most recent experience has been advising companies around the application of the new revenue recognition and leasing standards under U.S. GAAP and income tax accounting matters under both IFRS & US GAAP. This includes leading the lease accounting advisory solution at PwC. He has advised hundreds of Companies on these areas. Additionally, he is a thought leader on a variety of topics including revenue recognition, leasing, software capitalization, business combinations, CELC and segment reporting. Prior to Brandon's time in Transaction Services, Brandon was in the audit practice of another international accounting firm. Brandon has over 14 years of accounting and auditing experience and has served clients ranging from early stage companies to large multinationals. Brandon has been focusing on SEC engagements for his entire professional career. His experience includes accounting advisory, debt offerings, and quarterly and annual filings with the SEC. Brandon holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the Widener University. He is a CPA licensed in Pennsylvania.
