Felise G. Kissell
FELISE GLANTZ KISSELL DIRECTOR, INVESTOR RELATIONS & FINANCE AFC ENTERPRISES, INC. Felise Glantz Kissell is the Director of Investor Relations & Finance at AFC Enterprises, Inc., the franchisor and operator of Popeyes® Chicken & Biscuits, Church's Chicken™, Cinnabon®, Seattle's Best Coffee® and Torrefazione Italia® Coffee. Felise presides over investor relations, which includes development and implementation of buy and sell side strategies, investment community targeting and outreach, and overall shareholder communications. She spearheads the educational committee on the NIRI (National Investor Relations Institute) Atlanta Board and will be presenting at the national conference of investor relations professionals in June 2003. Prior to AFC, Felise was a Senior Advisor with Thomson Financial specializing in investor relations consulting services. Before joining Thomson's consulting practice, Felise was a Partner and Managing Director at The Carson Group, a boutique Wall Street market intelligence firm. Felise led the largest team at the company with more than one hundred twenty corporate clients and twenty-five analysts. This group represented multiple sectors, including business services, consumer products, food, restaurants, technology and transportation. Felise's expertise was working closely with senior management in special situations, with particular focus on IPO circumstances, in addition to merger related and spin-off activities. Felise also pursued an interest in classical music. She was the first American awarded a grant to work at the Gustav Mahler Society in Vienna, Austria. Felise obtained an Executive MBA from Fordham University. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Political Science from Colby College. Felise was an Adjunct Professor at New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies developing a semester long advanced course on Capital Markets and Influences on Investor Relations.
