John Fleming
John M. Fleming, CPA, MBA, licensed in Pennsylvania, is the Director of Accounting and Auditing for LOSCALZO ASSOCIATES, P.A. John has been associated with LOSCALZO ASSOCIATES, P.A. for fifteen years and has conducted over 1,800 continuing professional education programs during that time. John is responsible for developing, technically reviewing and delivering accounting and auditing CPE programs for CPA societies, professional associations, accounting firms, and corporate accounting groups. John's prior practice experience includes audit, tax, consulting, office management, and human resource responsibilities with Deloitte & Touche LLP, Richard Eisner & Company LLP, and Ernst & Young LLP as well as consulting assignments with various regional professional services firms and university teaching assignments throughout the Philadelphia/South Jersey/Delaware areas. John is a graduate of LaSalle and Drexel Universities with degrees in accounting and finance. John, a Pennsylvania CPA, served as the 1999/2000 President of the 8,300 member Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and currently serves as a member of the Institute's Accounting and Auditing Technical Committee as well as the Philadelphia Chapter's Executive Committee. John has also served as the 2002/2003 President of the American Accounting Association's Mid-Atlantic Region. In 2006, the Philadelphia Chapter of the PICPA recognized John as a Joseph E. Sterrett Fellow for his contributions to the accounting profession. John has received Outstanding Discussion Leader recognition from the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, John is the recipient of the Outstanding Teaching and Service Award from Drexel University, Teaching Excellence recognition from the University of Delaware's Executive MBA Program, and the Outstanding Accounting Alumni Award from LaSalle University.
