Hotel Reservations

The Westin is now accepting reservations for the 2025 Annual Convention. Click here to make a reservation.​

Rate: $325++ with a $50 resort fee.

  • Resort fee includes (this is subject to change): wi-fi, one hour of non-motorized watersports for up to two guests per day (kayaks, paddle board, and hobie cats), two welcome cocktails, sunrise beach yoga for up to two guests per day, unlimited use of snorkel equipment for up to two guests per day. 
  • Beach chairs and umbrellas are complimentary and not part of the resort fee. 
  • Tax Policy - 12.5% Tax and 2.5% State Cost Recovery Fee are not included in nightly rate (subject to change without notice).
  • Cancellation Policy - 7 Days prior to arrival
  • Child Policy - Children 12 and under stay free.

Check in and out: The check-in time at The Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman’s Reef is 4 p.m. and the check-out time is 11 a.m.
