Building Policy
The King Building, part of the Concourse Office Complex, is a smoke-free building. Designated smoking areas are available outside of the building.
Free Parking
There is no charge for parking when visiting the GSCPA Learning Center and offices. Please do not park in the reserved spaces or those areas designated “Short-term Visitor Parking.” Cars are subject to towing if left in these areas.Parking is also free at most off-site course locations.

GSCPA would like to thank you for your continued patience while we transition to a new parking procedure implemented by building administration. We have listed helpful information below for your convenience. Concourse Parking Garage Directions
GSCPA has designated parking on the top floor (the 9th and 10th level) of the parking deck for all seminar and conference guests attending a course at the GSCPA Learning Center. Directions to elevator and staircase access points are listed as follows:
Elevator Access - Follow signs up to level 9 and make an immediate right at the uncovered floor opening to find parking by the elevators labeled 9 East Elevators (the station is marked in blue). Take the elevator down to the main level (Level 3). Make a left from the elevators and follow covered walkway signs to the Concourse 6 building.
Stairway Access - Follow signs up to level 10 and look for stairway entrance marked in blue and labeled 10. You can reach the elevators from this floor by taking the stairs down one flight and entering the elevators from level 9. Take the stairs/elevators down to the main level (level 3) and follow signs to Concourse 6 building.
- The parking deck is located directly across from the GSCPA Learning Center in the Concourse 6/King Building, Suite 800.
- Parking in undesignated areas, reserved spots or 2-hour visitor parking will result in your vehicle being booted.
Public Transportation
MARTA - $2.50 one way
Take the MARTA Northbound North Springs train from the airport to the Dunwoody Station. Once you've arrived look for the dedicated shuttle for Concourse Office Center. The shuttle has a drop off and pick up stop located in front of Building Six, the King Building.
Note: If you are traveling northbound from the Airport to the Buckhead rail stations after 7 p.m., you need to board the northbound train with "Doraville" destination sign, exit at the Lindbergh Center rail station (N6), and transfer to the Northbound train with a destination sign of "North Springs".

Taxis are available outside the airport baggage claim area (approximately $60 ONE WAY.) Follow signage in the airport to taxi stand.
